Typographical Correction

Equation (23), p. 011706–3, incorrectly reads
C3=h0h1(C-1)
The correct equation is
C3=h0h1(1-C)-1

which is also the equation used in the discretized implementation of the analytical solution, which was compared to the numerical one, shown in Fig. 2 on p. 011706–5.
